Washington. As soon as Elon Musk took over the reins of Twitter, his top management and employees have come to terms. On Wednesday, Musk said that employees of the social media company will have to be prepared to work 12 hours a day, seven days a week, or else they will lose their jobs. Now the picture of an employee sleeping on the floor of the Twitter office is going viral. According to the New York Post, a Twitter employee posted a picture of her manager sleeping on the office floor on social media.

In the picture, Esther Crawford, Twitter’s Director of Product Management, can be seen sleeping in a sleeping bag under the table. This photo was posted by Space Product Manager Evan Jones. Posting the picture, Ivan captioned it, ‘When you need something from your boss Alan.’ After this, Crawford retweeted the photo with the caption. Crawford retweeted the photo and wrote, ‘When your team insists on working round the clock, sometimes you fall asleep where you work.’

She further wrote on Twitter, ‘Since some people are losing their mind, let me explain: doing hard work requires sacrifice (time, energy, etc.). I have teammates all over the world who are trying to bring something new to life, so it is important for me to show up for them and keep the team unblocked.’

She says in another tweet. ‘I work with amazingly talented and ambitious people here on Twitter and this is not the typical moment. We are going through a huge business and cultural transformation in less than a week. Employees of all departments are giving their hundred percent.
