Washington, The incident of stealing expensive dogs in America has surprised the police. Thieves in Florida stole 19 French Bulldogs by breaking into the windows of a house. The Port St. Lucie Police Department said in a Facebook post that the dogs cost more than $100,000. The police is currently on the lookout for the thieves. Police mentioned in a Facebook post that the theft took place around 11.30 am on Friday when the owner of the house had gone out.

Photos of the house were shared on Facebook, showing broken windows. Police said the suspects fled in a vehicle. The caption of the post read, “It just happened – 19 Bulldogs were stolen during house burglary. Today at 11:21 am, PSLPD received information regarding residential theft. when the residents were not at home. Suspects broke into a bedroom window and stole 19 French Bulldogs. Which cost more than $100,000. The suspects left in a vehicle in which the front bumper was damaged. Please contact PSLPD for any information regarding this matter.”

According to the New York Post, there have been increasing reports of French Bulldogs being stolen in recent years. Many people think that their being expensive can be the reason for theft. French Bulldogs are the second most popular dog breed in America and cost between $1,500 and $4,500.
