Chicago: A vicious thief has been caught from Chicago city of America. According to Fox News report, it had stolen 11 times from the same retail store for 5 months. According to the Chicago Police, the accused is 36-year-old Donte Elbert, who was arrested from West Belmont Avenue. A representative of the police department told Fox News Digital, “He was taken into custody because he was on the run without paying for the goods.” The representative said Elbert robbed the store on the 3200 block of Clark Street 11 times. The accused signed formal complaints, following which he was arrested. Elbert allegedly stole merchandise from a different location on the 3200 block of N Broadway. So far he has stolen goods worth $300. The police have not given more details, have told that Albert is connected to some other theft as well.
A similar case came in 2009. An 86-year-old woman was caught stealing cream and some food items from a store in Chicago. The woman was caught red-handed for the 61st time. This woman named Ella Orco had stuffed $ 252 in her pants pocket, which included cream, batteries and instant coffee.
