Washington. The people of the country do not have much faith in his ability to handle the economy amid the re-election campaign by President Joe Biden. This fact has come to the fore in a survey. In a recent poll by the Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research, only 33 percent of adult Americans agreed with Biden’s handling of the economy. And only 24 percent believed that the country’s economic conditions are in a better condition.

This reaction of Americans to Biden has come at a time when there is concern about the US government’s debt default, inflation is at a high level and the housing market is in trouble. Only 31 percent of Americans are satisfied with Biden’s performance even on issues such as immigration and recent shooting incidents. At the same time, 40 percent people say that they are satisfied with the way Biden is doing his job.

Joi Mosqueda (24), who does not belong to any political party, said her family is preparing to buy their first home, but the average home loan rate now hovers around 6.9 percent. In such a situation, it is not possible to fulfill the dream of a house at present.

A woman from West Texas said that Biden had promised a non-discriminatory immigration policy in his election campaign, but he has not lived up to it. There have been several recent incidents across the country, including this month’s shooting at an Allen, Texas mall.

This woman said that Biden and MPs should work better to prevent such incidents. Even among Democrats, only half seemed to agree on Biden’s way of dealing with immigration and violent incidents.
