Washington. PM Modi is on the last leg of his US state visit. Today, PM Modi is addressing the joint session of the US Congress i.e. the Senate and the House of Representatives, both houses of the US Parliament, for the second time. He is the first Prime Minister to do so. Earlier, he had addressed the joint session in the era of the then President Trump.
