International danger can be dealt with only by the collective efforts of all the member countries of the United Nations. India emphasized that the problem of terrorism cannot be linked to any religion, nationality, civilization or ethnic group and that all acts of terrorism are criminal. India said that ‘all forms of terrorism should be condemned. There can be no exception or justification for any terrorist act. The era of categorizing terrorists as ‘bad’, ‘not so bad’ or ‘good’ on the basis of political convenience must end immediately.
