The treaty also talks about destroying an intercontinental-range ballistic missile that can hit the US in just 30 minutes. Also, both countries inform each other before conducting any nuclear drill so that nuclear war can be avoided.

Russia has nuclear power
Even if the nuclear weapons of all the NATO countries are combined, they cannot compete with Russia. In such a situation, Russia can use its powerful Tupolev Tu-160 to wipe out the existence of all NATO countries.
