According to the website of Guinness World Records, on 26 February 2021, Dr. Howard Tucker, living in Ohio, America, was considered the ‘oldest doctor in the world’ to practice. He was born on 10 July 1922. Now he is 100 years old (100 year old doctor) and even today he is busy in improving the health of the patients. Howard is a neurologist and has been practicing medicine for the last 75 years.

Were in the grip of Corona after 100th birthday
Recently, while talking to Guinness World Records, he said that as long as he is alive, he will continue to treat patients and he has no plans to retire. He said that he is very happy with his life and is treating this award like any other award. He treats his patients from 9 am to 6 pm. After his 100th birthday, he was also in the grip of Kovid, but despite that he did not give up and after beating him started treating people again. Even when Kovid was infected, he used to teach his junior doctors through video meetings.

Childhood was spent in challenges
He currently teaches medical residents at St. Vincent Charity Medical Center in Cleveland. During the Great Depression of 1929, there was a lot of instability in his family too. But his parents did a lot for him and his brother so that they would not be affected much. He said that he is not even thinking about retirement and even when he was young, he did not take care of retirement.
