New Delhi. US Secretary of State Antony Blinken has given a big statement regarding the Russia-Ukraine War. According to Blinken, to bring this war to an end, Russian President Vladimir Putin would have done a nuclear attack on Ukraine long ago. Blinken expressed the possibility that doing so would have prevented him from India and China. In an interview to The Atlantic ahead of his visit to India for the G20 summit, Blinken said, “Putin could have reacted more irrationally in this war. There were repeated threats of nuclear attack from Moscow. This is a matter of concern.

The US Secretary of State said, we had urged all those countries which have better relations with Russia to end this war. I think India and China did that which had some effect and stopped Russia from launching a nuclear attack on Ukraine. On India’s relations with other countries, Blinken said, “Russia has been close to India for decades and provides military equipment to it. But in the last few years, we have seen that instead of relying only on Russia, it is pursuing partnerships with us and other countries like France.
