Ralph Paul Yarl, 16, is in critical condition after being shot. In Missouri, prosecutors have charged 85-year-old Andrew Lester with first-degree assault (violence) and criminal use of a weapon.

Reports said that last week, Ralph was looking for a friend’s house to pick up his twin brother. Meanwhile, he accidentally rang the doorbell of the old man’s house. What was after this, the old man got out with his gun and shot Ralph twice. One bullet hit Ralph in the head. After this Ralph was admitted to the hospital.
The controversy over the matter started when the police, after keeping them in custody for 24 hours, released the old man without registering any case. After social media outcry, Clay County Prosecutor Zachary Thompson announced on Monday that the man had been indicted and his bail set at $200,000. The Missouri court has registered a case against Andrew for committing a criminal incident using violence and weapons. If he is found guilty, he will have to go to jail.
