US News: Indian-origin student returning from work shot dead in robbery attempt, second incident in 40 days in America

Philadelphia: In America (America Crime News), a 21-year-old Indian-origin student was shot dead in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The deceased student has been identified as Jude Chacko. Some unknown assailants shot him while returning from his work on Sunday. The victim’s parents had migrated to America from Kollam district of Kerala about 30 years ago.

According to the United Arab Emirates (UAE)-based English newspaper Khaleej Times, Jude Chacko was a student who also worked part-time. During the robbery attempt, two people attacked him and attempted robbery. While protesting, the miscreants shot him. He died due to bullet injury. Be aware that this is the second such incident in America this year. Earlier, another American student was targeted and killed.

A student of Andhra Pradesh was murdered
It may be noted that earlier on April 21, 2023, a 24-year-old student from Andhra Pradesh was shot dead at a fuel station in the US. Police identified the victim as Saish Veera, who worked at a petrol pump in Ohio. Police said that while on duty, unknown assailants shot him dead.

After the incident, sensation had spread in the area. Giving information about the incident, the police had told that the student was doing his duty, during which unknown assailants came and shot him. After this he died. At the same time, after the investigation, the police had also released the photos of the suspected attackers.
