There is no discrimination on religion, caste, region, age, there is no discrimination of any kind in India. We live democracy, democracy is in our veins. Our government runs completely on democracy. Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas is our principle. India and America, the world’s two largest democracies, can contribute to global peace, stability and prosperity. I believe that on the basis of these values we can fulfill the aspirations of the world.

lashed out at Pakistan without naming
PM Modi also kept his opinion on the issue of terrorism. He said, ‘India and America are walking shoulder to shoulder in the fight against terrorism and fundamentalism. We agree that concrete action is necessary to end cross border terrorism. In this way, without directly naming Pakistan, India scolded Pakistan for spreading terrorism from American soil to the neighboring country.

As far as India is concerned, environment and climate have an important place in our culture and tradition. Environment is a matter of faith for us. We do not believe in exploiting nature. PM Narendra Modi further said, ‘Today America is India’s largest trade partner. We both agree that coming together of governance, businesses and academic institutions is vital to making our strategic technology partnership meaningful. We both agree that governments, businesses and educational institutions must come together to fulfill our strategic technology partnership. We have also decided that as reliable partners amidst global uncertainties, the US and India will create a reliable, secure, resilient global supply chain and value chain.
American embassy will open in Bangalore-Ahmedabad
Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, ‘The presence of such a large number of Indian people in the White House is proof that Indian-Americans are the real strength of our relationship. To further deepen these ties, we welcome the US decision to open consulates in Bengaluru and Ahmedabad. The decision to manufacture engines by General Electrics through technology transfer is a landmark agreement. This will open up new job opportunities in both the countries. This will give a new dimension to our defense partnership in the future. Peace and security in the Indo-Pacific is our priority.
