7.4 magnitude earthquake hits Alaska Peninsula, tsunami warning issued

This severe earthquake has occurred when two weeks ago there was a mild earthquake in Anchorage, Alaska. The quake was recorded about 12 miles south of the city and about two miles south of Eagle River, according to the USGS. However, there was no information about any injury or damage then.
